Description

Dear Friends,

We are delighted to invite you to a luncheon with Natalie Wilkins and Deborah Croft, co-founders and Managing Partners at Thriving Talent.

Thriving Talent is a niche talent management and coaching consultancy in Switzerland. Natalie Wilkins and Deborah Croft help organisations gain a competitive advantage and improve business performance. They do this by unlocking potential within diverse talent pools and ultimately transforming the culture of a business. They achieve this by coaching working parents and their managers, enabling them to advance their careers and lead thriving and balanced lives.

Both Natalie and Deborah understand what it’s like to juggle the many demands of family life, be fulfilled in their careers and making time for themselves.

They are on a mission to empower one million parents to thrive at work and at home by 2020. Their clients and partners include Deloitte, UBS, Pictet Bank, Philip Morris International, Advance Women in Business and Jump for Gender Equality.

As business partners, they offer complimentary experiences and skills - Natalie having 15 years experience as a HR leader, specialising in Talent Management, Organisational Change and Learning & Development, and Deborah with over 10 years as an accredited Project Manager & Facilitator in IBM, where she focused on change initiatives.

As usual, the places are limited, so please kindly register by Friday 24 November 2017.

Lunch is chf 40 for members, chf 50 for non-members (all inclusive). In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours or no show, participation in the lunch is due. Thank you for your understanding.
